    Costs
This event is free to attend but to encourage attendance and try and ensure a good turnout to benefit all delegates, we will charge a non-attendance fee of £10.00 per delegate. By submitting a booking for this event you agree to pay this fee for those delegates who have places booked but do not attend.

Cancellations can be received up to 5 working days ahead of the event, thus avoiding non-attendance fees. A cancellation will only be valid if we have confirmed it with you. You can send somebody else in place of a booked delegate without incurring a non-attendance fee.

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Our Volunteer Managers' Forums are open to anyone who works in Fife and who is involved in the recruitment and/or management/supervision of volunteers.

Volunteer Management can sometimes be a solitary role within an organisation, and our Forums are a great way to meet other people who are doing a similar role to you and reduce any sense of isolation you may have. There's also the chance to network (usually both formally and informally), catch up with changes happening in the field, discuss issues you may have and ask questions of the guest speaker and FVA staff who will be in attendance.

As we are also in Year of Young People, that's our theme for this session.

We have speakers from Youth 1st, a brilliant Fife-based organisation supporting Youth workers and young volunteers, who will be showing us some different ways to think about recruitment, retention and having fun with volunteers young and not-so-young!

Please note this Forum starts at 2pm with networking time from 1.45pm.

As it's an afternoon session this time, there won't be any breakfast rolls on offer. Although our recent survey on this topic showed that 0% of people came to Forums because of the bacon rolls!
