Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £30,906 rising to £32,966 per annum
Includem is seeking someone who is able to guide, develop and manage the day to day deployment and support and the long term development of their sessional staff group. The sessional staff team are located across all Includem locations and they actively provide professional flexibility and rapid response to support their young people and families.
You should be a good manager of people but equally able to fully understand the complexities of agile resourcing in a fast paced environment. In addition you will need to build skills and capacity for future which will support their succession planning to their permanent workforce.
