It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.The Health Promotion Workplace Team and Business Gateway Fife have developed an HR peer support network for small to medium sized organisations (SMEs) in Fife.
The aims of the network are to provide:- an opportunity for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) to access HR support;
- relevant HR related information, updates and training opportunities based on the needs and interests of the network members;
- an opportunity for members to share practice and learn from each other.
The network is primarily for those who have HR related responsibilities within an SME, but may not have qualifications.
The next network incorporates a learning opportunity delivered by Thornton’s Law on Performance management.The Performance Management session will consist of:
- Managing performance before problems arise;
- Underlying causes of poor performance;
- Managing Performance Informally;
- Formal Performance Management;
- Capability and Grounds for Dismissal.
