    Post: Project Manager

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £33,864-£35,966 Pro rata 

    Reporting directly to the voluntary board and leading a team of staff, the project manager will ensure a balance between day to day operations management, consolidating the current position and implementing the strategic development of the organisation.

    The successful candidate will have experience as a qualified counsellor, and will hold a small client case load as part of the role. Experience in a senior management role is essential. An effective communicator with experience in planning and evaluating, sound financial management, income generation and the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organisational objectives are a prerequisite of the role.
