    Conduit Scotland seek two customer service officer apprenticeships in both of their office locations in Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline.  

    As a customer service assistant with Conduit you will be instrumental to building relationships with their customers that are built on trust and in turn create new opportunities for clients through financial support, working with customers from diverse backgrounds facing multiple and sometimes complex barriers, a flexible approach and  strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work as part of a team is essential, good communication skills and a friendly manner is essential to this post as is confidentiality.

    Opportunities include:

    • experience of a range of administration duties
    • responding to customers queries
    • completing application forms
    • working with a friendly team
    • signposting and referring
    • attending community events
    • supporting and promoting their service
    • meeting a wide and diverse range of people using and delivering services in Fife
    • supporting people who experience financial and other difficulties

    Requirements:

    National 5 in Maths and English Minimum Intermediate 1 in Core Skills IT desirable with particular reference to Word, Excel & Access experience
