    Post: Development Worker (Professional Practice & Protection)

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £30,898 - £34,202

    You will lead on the development of an effective professional practice framework for the Communities and Neighbourhoods Service, working within 7 area community development teams to identify and address areas for improvement in relation to professional practice and competence. You will also support the development, implementation and review of safe guarding and protection policies for children and vulnerable adults for the Community Development and Community Use Teams.
