Salary: £30,898 - £34,202
Fife Council are recruiting for a Project Officer to help improve the communication of targeted services and support to victims of abuse. With a strong academic background, including an HND or SVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Housing or relevant recognised professional qualification, you should have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to demonstrate significant knowledge and practical experience of the following:
- Delivering services to victims of domestic abuse;
- Understanding the effect of discrimination on service delivery and on the people with whom you are working;
- Hands on delivery of Housing Service Functions;
- Partnership and multi-agency working;
- Managing multiple projects through to completion and delivering excellent results to strict deadlines
You will also be expected to actively engage with all relevant stakeholders, statutory and third sector organisations and service users (those affected by domestic or sexual abuse) and the wider community in order to ensure improvements to the delivery of housing services meets the needs of those affected.
