    Start Living Stop Stressing! is the national theme for this years National Stress Day.

    To support the promotion of National Stress Day the Workplace Team, in partnership with the Information Resource Centre (IRC), has put together a small pack to support workplaces to raise awareness of stress prevention and wellbeing.

    The pack includes:

    •    How to look after your mental health booklet
    •    Fife Step on Stress Course leaflet/Moodcafe cards
    •    Keeping connected Leaflets
    •    Sunflower posters
    •    Mindful colouring in books
