    They are seeking a full time Deputy Manager to join their lively and vibrant day support service in Rosyth. In this diverse and varied role, you will support the Service Manager in the day to day operation of the service, deputise as directed and be responsible for the direct supervision and line-management of staff. You will be involved in the assessment and placement of customers and be responsible and accountable for the on-going monitoring of their individual needs. You will also ensure the highest standards of personal support and service delivery are maintained and promote independence and choice; adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.

    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • A level of professional development & registration as indicated by purchaser, regulator or Leonard Cheshire Disability (this may include level 5 leadership in health and social care qualification), dependant on location;
    • To have experience of providing direct personal and social care;
    • To have experience of managing a team of support staff;
    • To have experience of working with customers who have physical and/or learning disabilities;
    • To be able to work flexibly in accordance with rostered hours;
    • To demonstrate a commitment to Leonard Cheshire Disability's ethos and values.
