It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.In Volunteers' Week we want to help volunteer managers and recruiters to celebrate the advantages and strengths of volunteers. What better way than developing existing volunteering roles or recruiting to new, specific roles.
We know how busy everyone is and we know it can be a challenge to get the time to plan for this. Come along to this Forum and you could leave having written a new volunteering opportunity for your organisation that we can promote for you right away! With volunteer management colleagues, you will have the chance to take part in a workshop-style session - 'Reviewing, Refreshing & Redeveloping Your Volunteering Opportunities'.
We will have a speaker from an organisation who has had success in developing a variety of roles and FVA staff will lead you through the practicalities involved in registering an opportunity with us, from completion of the form to using effective recruitment language. And of course, you'll have a chance for networking with colleagues.
We will be serving hot breakfast rolls from 9.15am; make your selection from bacon or egg roll in the different ticket options and if you don't want a roll, there's a ticket for that too. We look forward to greeting you on 06 June.
