    This event is being organised by Dementia Friendly Glenrothes

    As part of the dementia friendly work that’s being done in Glenrothes, Dementia Friendly Glenrothes are hosting a week of events. They welcome people with dementia, carers for people with dementia, healthcare professionals, representatives from local businesses, services and community groups and the general public.

    This event is one of several activities that will take place in Glenrothes during Dementia Awareness Week.

    • 29 May: 1pm - 4:30pm: Information and Blether, Rothes Halls Library
    • 29 May: 2pm: Dementia Friendly Walk ON, Rothes Halls Library (Run by Fife Libraries and Active Fife) - Places limited advanced booking onlyCall 01592 583 204 or Email: [email protected]
    • 30 May: Memory Bus, Aldi Glenrothes – Times to be confirmed
    • 31 May: 1pm - 5pm: Information Stand, Michael Woods Sports and Leisure Centre (With Fife Sports and Leisure Trust)
    • 01 June: 1pm - 4pm: Forget-me-Not Tea, Rothes Halls

    If you are living with dementia or caring for someone with dementia in Glenrothes, please get in touch. Your stories will help them to make the changes that are important to you. 

    They also want to hear from any businesses, services or community groups in Glenrothes who are currently working to become Dementia Friendly, or who would like support to get involved.
