  • 'Aye Can Take The Weight Off' Workshop

    Created: 10/03/2017
    News/Events Category: Community Events

    When: 10.00 - 11.30am, Friday 31 March 2017
Where: Edinburgh Napier University, Merchiston Campus, The Glassroom, 10 Colinton Road, Edinburgh, EH10 5DT
This event is being organised by Aye Can Change

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

You are invited to a free workshop looking at a new online weight management programme that starts with the mind and supports people to make sustainable changes. No fad diets or banned foods just some simple tools for life.

Booking is via Eventbrite by clicking here and the workshop is free to attend.

This is a hands on workshop with a chance to have a go and discuss some of the concepts behind the programme. They are looking at training up community facilitators in low income areas who would support people accessing the programme to make sustained changes and also help them identify what measures in their areas could support healthy lifestyles. Profits would then go into supporting those initiatives.
