Discover ways to handle your thoughts and emotions more effectively, and deal with physical, mental and emotional issues in a more positive way.
Focused on providing you with the tools and knowledge you need in order to live life more fully, the course takes place every Monday evening for eight weeks.
In a safe and welcoming environment discover how the practice of mindfulness is shown to be highly effective in reducing stress and enhancing wellbeing.
