    Post: Part-time Receptionist (job-share)
    Location: West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy

    About The Job

    At the first point of contact, the Receptionist’s main responsibility is to provide an efficient and professional service to LinkLiving’s service users, external agencies and Link Group staff.

    The post holder will work within the reception area of West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy and will need to be flexible and able to work without supervision. 

    Job Share

    This is a Job Share post which means the job holder will be required to cover their Job Share partner’s hours during periods of annual leave and sickness absence cover where possible. There may also be occasions where the post holder will be required to work additional days out with their normal working days to provide staffing cover and meet service needs.

    What you will need

    • Experience of working in reception or in a front line role;
    • Customer focused approach to service delivery;
    • Computer literate with Microsoft packages, in particular Word and Excel; and
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

    This post is subject to a standard Disclosure Scotland check.

    The deal
