    Scottish Church Heritage Research Limited are looking for a Volunteer Administrative Assistant.

    The ideal person should have good general office skills and training will be given on how to run the office, help the Treasurer and support volunteers.

    Duties will include:

    • Ensuring records are kept and files are maintained;
    • Preparation of agendas and minutes for board meetings;
    • Keeping volunteer records;
    • Specialist training in image processing and uploading;
    • Preparation of material for the website;
    • Preparing small displays.

    Time: 4 hours per day on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

    Place: Cupar.
