It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Would you like to help undertake an archaeological investigation of Inverkeithing’s Medieval Friary? Join the Fife Coast and Countryside Trust and Northlight Heritage between 03-14 September to get Back in the Habit!
As part of the Fife Pilgrim Way project, a community dig will take place in the grounds of the Medieval Friary in September, Scottish Archaeology month. Inverkeithing has a rich medieval history and the site now occupied by the Friary public gardens was once home to a 14th century Franciscan Friary complex, considered to be Scotland’s best preserved urban Medieval Friary.
