It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Earlier in 2018 Transforming Fife’s Third Sector hosted a short 2-day course for individuals employed by the third sector who felt the need to concentrate on their leadership skills, entitled “Leadership Development”.  Following the very positive feedback from those attending this course, ACOSVO, Animate, FVA and Fife's Third Sector Strategy Group are very pleased to announce that this training will be delivered again and places are now available in late summer / early autumn of 2018.

This is a two day session - day 1 is on 16 August at New Volunteer House and day 2 is on 04 September at the FVA offices in Glenrothes. You need to be able to commit to both days but applying for this course is achieved by booking onto the first day.

The course would particularly suit those working in the third sector who have high-level responsibility for service and project delivery and manage other people.  The course is geared towards handling interpersonal space and developing strategies for expanding the reach, effectiveness and overall presence of the leader.  We are looking specifically for those who seek to expand their skill sets in strengthening leadership, influencing, negotiation and collaboration.

Free membership of ACOSVO for one year is awarded on completion of this training.

Places on this course are only guaranteed to individuals who are also referred to us by their line managers, if applying, please discuss and confirm with your line manager first.
