    Post: Learning and Development Officer

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £24,645 - £27,242

    Based within their Head Office at Glenrothes, the Learning and Development Officer will be expected to work alongside the Extended Management Team to create a learning culture across the organisation whilst also organising all aspects of training to their paid staff and volunteers. You should be educated to a good standard and be able to evidence high quality personal skills. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with experience of building relationships at all levels and have experience of delivering varied training programmes to a variety of audiences.
