    Post: Administrative Officer

    Hours: 18 per week

    Salary: £19,887 - £21,915

    Kingdom Housing Association are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join their Care and Repair Team based at their Cowdenbeath office. Care and Repair offers independent advice and assistance to help elderly and disabled homeowners repair, improve or adapt their homes so that they can live in comfort and safety in their own community. You will provide a range of administrative support to the service, including maintaining client databases, processing application documentation and being the first point of contact for external customers. You will have proven administrative experience and be experienced in using customised databases and Microsoft Office packages. You must have excellent customer service skills, be a confident communicator and a positive and supportive team contributor. It is essential that you have the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines.
