    Hours: 39 per week

    Salary: £21,229 (Unqualified), £21,794 (Qualified)

    Kingdom Support and Care have experience of supporting people with Autism in a variety of settings from low level visiting support to 24 hour supported accommodation and they are currently looking to increase their senior team within this service in the Falkirk area. In this role, you will be an integral member of the support team contributing to working in a fast paced environment, working to deadlines, chairing meetings, liaising with families, social work and health professionals and ensuring a high quality of care and support for individuals with autism and challenging behaviour. This service will require you to be trained in CALM-Crisis, Aggression, Limitation and Management and physical intervention techniques, if you have not had any training this will be provided to you. You will assist the Coordinator in the management of the service and you will line manage a team of Support Workers.
