CLEAR is seeking an upgrade of its operations, communications and administration to enable it to enhance its engagement, functioning and impact. The post advertised can involve engaging either shorter-term advisor(s)/consultant(s) to review and establish improved systems, methods, and training staff in the process; OR alternatively a suitably qualified and experienced staff member for the duration of this project period. The candidate should start during June.
The post is likely to involve significant work from home but also can be based in CLEAR premises in Buckhaven. Applicants should have considerable experience of the voluntary/charity sector and in a management/supervision capacity. The role requires critical/analytical capabilities and experience but also practical and diplomatic skills in recommending and introducing improvements to a working organisations.
