    The Marketing Officer is a key member of the Fife Cultural Trust marketing team which serves a vital role in delivering ambitious targets for the organisation in terms of sales; audience attendance, diversity and access; awareness and profile of the Trust and its associated brand ON.

    If you are a marketeer who enjoys a challenge, is bursting with innovative ideas and has the ability to bring them to life, then this is the post for you. We require an individual with online marketing & content creation experience, great copywriting and proofing skills as well as excellent organisational skills.

    Fife Cultural Trust is an ambitious charity; its vision is for Fife to be a culturally vibrant and rewarding place to live, work, study and visit.

    The Responsibilities
    To effectively and imaginatively promote the Trust and its events and activities (including services, venues, shows, exhibitions, cafes, conferences, retail and arts initiatives) in order to grow our: customer engagement, service usage, customer base and earned income.

    Key Tasks

    •  Marketing campaign planning & delivery – a wide ranging programming of events, exhibitions and projects across our theatres, libraries and museums;
    •  Develop, co-ordinate and undertake ONFife’s marketing activity and content creation on digital platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, website, email campaigns, advertising and social media;
    •  Co-ordinate design, print and distribution for marketing promotions across the Trust;
    •  Advertising – media buying and ad creation;
    •      Management of effective customer segmentation processes to improve loyalty and retention;
    •  Monitoring and assessing the success of marketing tactics, to ensure continued improvement and reaching KPI’s.
