    LinkLiving have four opportunitites for Support Workers within their Tenancy Support Service.

    Permanent Positions
    Posts: x1 21 hour per week Support Worker and x2 37.5 hour per week Suppor Workers
    Hours: To be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service
    Salary: £16,125 to £18,693 per annum pro-rata (dependent on skills & experience)


    Fixed Term to 01 July 2017
    Post: x1 22.5 hours per week Support Worker
    Hours: To be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

    LinkLiving have been providing specialist services to encourage health, well-being and independence for over 25 years. They are recognised as a leader in responding and delivering to individual needs.

    Working across the Fife region, your main role will be to offer practical, emotional and social support to people in their own homes to assist them to maintain their tenancy.
    You will need to develop warm and effective relationships with service users, supporting them to cope with their lives in a positive and planned way so that they can make informed choices and take responsibility for their actions.
    With guidance and training you will establish and maintain respectful and empowering relationships with service users so that they feel valued and supported and in control of their own lives.

    What you will need
    • Willingness to undertake or have already achieved a SSSC recognised qualification;
    • Ability to build equal and positive relationships with people;
    • Demonstrate an understanding of working with people to include them and promote independence;
    • Flexible, practical and reliable approach as you will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
