Neurodiversity in the Workplace Scotland - Conference 26 October
Created: 29/09/2023**Please note - this is a fee-paying conference
Holyrood Insights are hosting a conference about Neurodivergent People in the Workplace.
It is estimated that 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent, more than 15% of the UK workforce. Neurodivergent people face major disparities and barriers to employment across Scotland, for example, the employment rate for autistic adults, is 16%*.
The Scottish Government have recently reaffirmed their commitment to delivering the Learning Disability, Autism and Neurodiversity Bill tackling the inequalities faced by neurodivergent people.
Against this backdrop, it is important for employers, regardless of sector, to strengthen their approach to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging so everyone can thrive.
Join Holyrood Insight’s Neurodiversity in the Workplace Conference to learn from Scottish organisations that are leading the way in integrating and harnessing the potential of neurodivergent employees and creating neuroinclusive workplaces.
